The ideal candidate will effectively collaborate in a fast-paced environment with the Sales, Marketing, Development, and R&D teams to set strategic direction, develop launch plans, and craft tactical programs and execution strategies that align with the organization’s goals. Growth and development will be facilitated through comprehensive strategies in product positioning, pricing, promotion, channel development, demand generation, and lifecycle management. The Product Manager is expected to become the market expert within the company for their specific area, gaining an in-depth understanding of customer needs, current and future, as well as the strengths and weaknesses of competitor products.
