Job Description

An Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing trust and loyalty from prospective customers. A talented and competitive person who thrives in a high-pressure sales environment. The inside sales representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Following up on cold and warm leads, the Inside Sales Representative will seek to increase sales by working with new contacts or dormant customers. Interacts with customers via telephone, email, answering inquires, and handling basic problems about products and order status.

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new customers to effectively grow your book of business
  • Listen and utilize a strategic approach to identify, evaluate, and recommend solutions considering customers’ needs
  • Sell portfolio of WoundZoom SaaS product solutions customers
  • Research current and potential customers to understand their business and educate them on the value of partnering with Perceptive Solutions
  • Perform virtual/online product demonstrations, in-services, trainings and other educational events
  • Record all client efforts, opportunities, and communication in CRM software
  • Drive attendance to seminars and assist with marketing events as needed
  • Be responsive. Follow up on customer communications, RFP’s, and sales opportunities in a timely and effective manner
  • Partner with Outside Sales team by qualifying leads and establishing appointments
  • Pursue professional growth by acquiring knowledge, skills, and certifications relevant to position and company objectives
  • Close sales and achieve sales targets
  • Maximizes coverage within a defined region and penetrates organizations with Perceptive’s products

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in selling Software as a Service (SaaS)
  • At least 2-4 years sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Highly motivated self-starter who can work well in a team setting or independently
  • Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams
